Aromatherapy Consultation is the therapeutic use of plants, and is one of the oldest forms of health care in the world.  Depending on your specific needs, I help you select an essential oil that can help assist you in  a variety of ways that act upon the body.  Different essential oils (derived from plants) have been effectively used for a wide range of medicinal purposes including pain relief, hormone balancing, sleep enhancement, improved digestion, skin soothing, and stress relief.



Reiki I (Back to Top)

Reiki is a technique that gently and powerfully promotes balance among all of the body systems and the regenerative process of the body and mind. Practioners routinely follow a series of hand positions, you will receive the amount of energy you need to bring your mind and body into balance.

Reiki I Certfication.   You will learn the history of Reiki and how to heal yourself and work with the energy. $100.00

Reiki II (Back to Top)

Reiki is a technique that gently and powerfully promotes balance among all of the body systems and the regenerative process of the body and mind. Practioners routinely follow a series of hand positions, you will receive the amount of energy you need to bring your mind and body into balance.

Reiki II Certification.  You will focus on healing others and working with energy and how to deal with situations while working on others. You will learn a full routine with hand positions and the resulting emotional and physcilogical effects ($175.00).

Reiki Master (Back to Top)

A Reiki Master is typically sound in the theoretical as well as practical knowledge of Reiki, so that he/she can guide students without any problem. Reiki Masters are also required to pass on the information about what is Reiki and how it should be used, along with information about history, lineage, ethics, etc to the students.  Available upon request.  Manual is given to student.

Wellness Workshop (Back to Top)

Our wellness workshop have been designed to introduce massage therapy and the benefits it will bring to your life. Topics include selecting a therapist, the types of massage, what to look for in licensing information, the massage table and equipment and what to expect during your session.

This is an educational workshop for community centers, senior's clubs and other groups and associations.




Massage Class (Back to Top)

Introduction to Massage Therapy has been designed to share a healthful experience with your friends and family. Designed in 2 classes or combine them into one full day. You will learn techniques that will help to reduce pain from accumulated muscle tension and stress in the back, neck and shoulders as well as the arms, hands, legs and feet.

Instruction includes how to avoid getting tired or sore while giving a massage. Special equipment or massage oils will not be required   $100.00



Ion Detox Machine (Back to Top)
